Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glassware and barware are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
